It's OK.

Finally the USDA has let everyone know that it's
OK to cook Pork Medium Rare!!
Hooray!

At last we can all enjoy juicy flavorful pork..
instead of dry stringy meat.

  1. Wow, I never knew.. Didn't think pork was as risky as fowl when it comes to food borne bacteria and viruses. Does a med cooked pork chop represent the consistency of steak? I wonder if this will change my mind on Pork Chops. I never once liked them growing up as a kid. Not for the flavor, but more the toughness.
