Wow, I never knew.. Didn't think pork was as risky as fowl when it comes to food borne bacteria and viruses. Does a med cooked pork chop represent the consistency of steak? I wonder if this will change my mind on Pork Chops. I never once liked them growing up as a kid. Not for the flavor, but more the toughness.
